i was looking for carpenter’s pencil on 02/15/2012, today after 4 day again, NOTHING there, even spare leads 10- pack container is missing, well i had to go to home depot to buy it.
Service was exellent. am going back soon.
I have had the pleasure of having Joan (at your Pinebush store in Cambridge) serve me at the checkout on two occasions. She has been courteous and helpful on both occasions and if it were possible I would single her out in the future to serve me. It is also helpful that the store is so new and all of the assistants areso willing to be helpful. Way to go Canadian Tire!!!

great place to spend my money
The Staff Was Great When I Went And Shooped There.
To whom it make concern
Today I was in your canadian tire store in Burlington. Your store is under renovation and I understand that theirs a lot of merchandise to move around. Having said that there should be someone packing the merchandise in a safe manner.
Today I was hurt by a steel clamp devise that was sticking out of a cart that had a lot of merchandise on it.
Attached are pictures of my scraped finger. If that was a child there would be a lot more damage done. Someone needs to make other arrangement with the merchandise that’s piled in carts and placed in a safer spot.
